Dulcie J.

Dulcie J. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. They began their career as a Production Staff at Comtec Multimedia Inc in 1996. They then worked as an Authorware Programmer/Design Consultant at Cornell University and later became a CBT/WBT Instructional Design Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

In 1998, Dulcie joined General Dynamics Canada as a Lead Multimedia Programmer/Instructional Designer and went on to hold various roles such as Multimedia Team Lead and Manager of the Engineering Application Development Team. They also served as a Project Manager for a SharePoint implementation, leading a team of over 20 individuals.

In 2013, Dulcie joined The Joneses' Solutions as a Senior IT Project Manager and Strategic Business Analyst, specializing in SharePoint and web-based business solutions. They were involved in several key engagements and achieved notable accomplishments such as improving and aligning processes with the project management team.

Currently, Dulcie is working at Long View Systems where they have taken on various positions, such as Applications Practice Lead Calgary, End User Experience Practice Lead, and Lead Architect, Change and Adoption. They are currently serving as the Principal Architect - Change and Adoption, leading the Change and Adoption practice across the company and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery of Organizational Change Management.
