Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson has over 30 years of professional experience in various roles in the software development industry. Jason started their career in 1988 as the President and Owner of Blaze Trail Systems Inc., where they were involved in custom software development, analysis, consulting, and application service provider/hosting services. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Lead Developer/Solution Architect at DIRTT Environmental Solutions and Sierra Systems, respectively. In 2009, they served as a Lead Developer at Paysafe Group, where they designed and implemented new AJAX web applications. Jason also worked as a Lead Analyst/Solution Architect/Web Developer at United Way of Calgary and Area, where they created functional specifications and implemented a custom CMS using Drupal and PHP. From 2010 to 2011, they returned to EnCana as a Lead Developer/Solution Architect. In 2010, they joined Laricina Energy Ltd. as a Lead Developer/Solution Architect/PM and was responsible for leading the development of a simulation tool for the oil and gas industry. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Lead at Shaw Communications, where they managed the order entry system and performed various technical tasks. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Architect at Long View Systems, starting from 2016.

From 1988 to 1991, Jason Anderson attended Camosun College, where they obtained a Computing Technology Diploma in Computer Science.
