Ken LeBlanc has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Ken started their career at Xerox Canada Inc. as an Account Manager in 1987. Ken then joined Hewlett Packard (Canada) Co. in 1989, where they held various roles, including Account Manager and Account Manager for Healthcare Information Systems. In 1999, they became the Director of Sales for the Northern Alberta/Prairies District at Hewlett Packard, responsible for marketing and selling a range of products and services. Ken achieved significant growth and received recognition for their outstanding leadership and sales performance. In 2011, they joined Acrodex Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, overseeing sales, marketing, and vendor management across all branches in Canada. Ken developed a go-to-market model and provided executive sales leadership for professional and managed services opportunities. In 2015, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Account Executive and later became a Solution Specialist Sales Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Long View Systems, starting as the Director of Sales for Northern Alberta & Manitoba and then transitioning to other roles, including Director of Sales (Managed Services) and Senior Account Executive/Microsoft Business Development.

Ken LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing and Management from Saint Mary's University.
