Luis Gardea has extensive experience in IT support and resource management, currently serving as a Resourcing Specialist at Long View Systems since November 2015. Prior roles include Technical Support Specialist at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Endpoint Support Analyst at Direct Energy, and Client Services/Trade Floor support at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities spanned from providing second-level support to users to managing IT infrastructure and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
