Chris Dickerson

Chris Dickerson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Major League Baseball and extensive experience in environmental advocacy and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at LongBall Capital & Insurance Services, Chris leverages insights from a successful MLB career to influence strategic insurance solutions. As a member of the LA28 Sustainability Working Group and CEO/Founder of Players for the Planet, Chris focuses on minimizing environmental impacts in sports and fostering collaborations for sustainable practices. Previous roles include Sports and Sustainability Manager at One Tree Planted, and significant contributions to the MLB Players Association and as a board member for various organizations dedicated to player welfare and community engagement. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno and has completed business programs at Harvard Business School.
