Brandon McColl

Vice President Of Consulting Services at Longbow Advantage

Brandon McColl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brandon started their career in 2005 at Metro Supply Chain Group as an Inventory Control Coordinator, where they maintained inventory accuracy and managed a team. Brandon then advanced to the role of Operations Supervisor at the same company.

In 2011, McColl joined Church and Dwight, Co., Inc. as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, before moving to Hypaethral Records in 2012 as a Co-Owner.

Since 2013, McColl has been working at Longbow Advantage, where they have held various positions including Functional Software Analyst, Senior Functional Software Analyst, Master Functional Analyst, Team Manager, and Director of Consulting Services. In their current role as Sr. Director of Consulting Services, McColl leads a team in implementing warehouse and workforce management systems for clients.

Brandon McColl completed a CPIM (APICS - Certified in Production and Inventory Management) degree in Parts, Warehousing, and Inventory Management Operations from Sheridan College in 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Computer Programming Certificate in Computer Science from Humber College. In 2020, they also obtained two certifications: Accredited Warehouse Management Functional Consultant and Accredited Warehouse Management Technical Consultant, both from Blue Yonder.
