Lilian Dong

Lilian Dong currently serves as the Head of HRBP for Asia Pacific at Longchamp since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lilian held several positions at Triumph Group, including Head of HRBP and HR Lead for Supply Chain & Private Label from December 2021 to January 2024. Lilian's experience also encompasses roles as Regional C&B Manager and Regional HR Manager at SMCP from August 2016 to December 2021, and as Regional Senior HR Advisor at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. from January 2015 to July 2016. Earlier career highlights include a Senior HR Officer position at Moët Hennessy and a Human Resources Officer role at LVMH Fashion Group Asia Pacific. Lilian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Macquarie University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Monash University, along with ongoing association with CPA Australia since 2009.
