Sylvain Charretier has extensive experience in quality assurance and environmental management, currently serving as Directeur Assurance Qualité, SAV et Environnement at Longchamp since 2002. Key contributions at Longchamp include the creation of a testing laboratory and automated complaint system, development of quality standards, and integration of environmental practices into operations. Prior to Longchamp, Sylvain held quality management roles at SNR Roulements - NTN Corporation and served as a project manager in the aerospace sector at EADS SOCATA Aircraft and DAHER Lhotellier.
