Chris York, CSP, has extensive experience in environment, safety, and health spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Environment Safety Health at Longenecker & Associates since March 2018, responsibilities include developing and overseeing safety regulations and conducting audits for regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Chris held significant roles at Nevada National Security Site and Centerra-Nevada, focusing on safety policy development and employee training related to DOE, OSHA, and other standards. Earlier career roles include Senior Scientist at National Security Technologies, Inc., Safety Supervisor at Bay, Ltd., and Safety Apprentice at Rice Built Construction, demonstrating a strong foundation in safety management and training. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Montana Technological University.
