Todd Young

Todd Young is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of the Corporate Quality Program at Longenecker & Associates since August 2019. With an MBA and multiple certifications including CQE, CMQ/OE, and CQA, Todd has extensive experience in leading quality initiatives, overseeing compliance with NQA-1 standards, and managing technical support projects for the Department of Energy. Previous roles include Senior QA Engineer at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory and QA Engineer at Danfoss, where Todd contributed to quality assurance activities related to product lifecycle management. Todd’s background also encompasses managerial positions in sales and operations, highlighting a strong foundation in engineering principles with degrees from State University of New York Maritime College and Mount St. Mary's University.
