Martin Schaefer

Martin Schaefer, MBA, currently serves as the Operations and Commercial Director at Longevity Center Switzerland since January 2025. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Martin previously held various leadership roles at The Kusnacht Practice, including Head of Medical Administration and Process Management and Medical Operations Manager. Prior positions include Head of International Medical Coordination at GENOLIER PATIENT SERVICES, as well as roles within Swiss Medical Network and Privatklinik Bethanien. Martin’s earlier career in hospitality includes management positions at The Dolder Grand and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Strathclyde Business School and a B.B.A. in Hospitality Management from Northwood University, complemented by a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management from Hotel Institute Montreux.
