Dr Poonam Desai

Dr. Poonam Desai is a highly experienced medical professional serving as the Founder and Medical Director at Longevity Place since October 2023, specializing in precision and longevity medicine to optimize client health. Previously, Dr. Desai held the position of Medical Director at NEXT|HEALTH from April 2022 to April 2024, focusing on anti-aging, longevity, hormone optimization, and genomics, and worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Lenox Hill Hospital and New York Presbyterian Queens. Dr. Desai has a strong academic background, having served as Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and as Academic Faculty at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where responsibilities included supervising medical residents and leading research initiatives.
