Sarike Verbiest

Sarike Verbiest is an experienced professional currently serving as Teamlead and Sr. Beleidsadviseur at Longfonds since May 2023. Previously, Sarike held the position of Senior Onderzoeker at Rekenkamer Den Haag from December 2021 to May 2023. From June 2012 to December 2021, Sarike worked at TNO in various roles, including researcher, program manager, project leader, and team leader for the Future of Work knowledge program. With a focus on flexible work and sustainable employability, Sarike has advised organizations on supporting vulnerable employees. Additional experience includes roles at Amarantis Onderwijsgroep, PBLQ ROI Opleiding, Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid, Bureau Jeugzorg Haaglanden, Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland, and an internship at Colo.
