Eddie Terrazas

Eddie Terrazas has extensive experience in the hospitality and management sectors, currently serving as an Analyst in a self-employed capacity since May 2023. Previously, Eddie has held the position of General Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse since September 2019 and has also worked as Hotel Director at The Grand Texan Hotel & Convention Center for a brief period in 2016. Other notable roles include General Manager at Javis Food, Sports, & Spirits, and Grand Marquez, as well as Bar Manager at Poterolum Club Of Midland. Eddie’s career in management began as General Manager at Comfort Inn And Suites, where tenure lasted from February 1999 to March 2007. Eddie holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Midland College and a high school diploma from Midland Senior High.
