Janet Dickey

Janet Dickey has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Janet started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kansas State University in 2010 and worked in this role until 2012. In 2012, they briefly served as an Assistant Professor at the same university.

After their academic positions, Janet joined Longhorn Steakhouse in 2011. Janet started as a Server/Bartender and worked in this role until 2013. Janet then progressed to become a Restaurant Manager from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Managing Partner at Longhorn Steakhouse. Later, they assumed the role of Assoc Manager Culinary Operations from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Operations Excellence at Longhorn Steakhouse since August 2020.

Janet Dickey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Hastings College from 2005 to 2009. Janet then pursued a Masters of Arts degree in Communication Studies at Kansas State University from 2010 to 2012.
