Mike Vale

Mike Vale has a strong background in the restaurant industry. Mike started their career at Cooker Restaurants in 1997 as a General Manager and remained in that role until 2002. In 2002, they joined Longhorn Steakhouse where they held multiple positions, including Managing Partner from 2002 to 2012, Director of Operation from 2012 to 2018, and most recently as Senior Vice President Operations from 2018 to present.

Mike Vale attended Purdue University, but no details about the degree or field of study were provided.
