Lowell Arellano

Lowell Arellano has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lowell currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Brazos Presbyterian Homes, Inc., a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Longhorn Village starting from May 2015.

Before their tenure at Longhorn Village, Lowell worked at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation for almost a decade in various roles including Division Controller, Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis, and Accounting Manager. Lowell also gained experience as a Senior Accountant at Newgistics and as an Accounting Manager at DELL Financial Services and Travis Boats & Motors, Inc. Additionally, they assumed the role of Controller at Ultracare Health Services and served as an Accounting Manager at Saudi Arabian Airlines earlier in their career.

Lowell Arellano pursued their education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of the East. Lowell attended the university from 1982 to 1986. Subsequently, in 1987, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.

Later, in 2001, Lowell pursued further education by enrolling in Texas State University. Lowell completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at the university, which they attended for the years 2001 to 2003. However, no specific field of study is provided for their MBA degree.
