Dedeepya S Malladi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dedeepya S began their career as an intern at ITC Limited in 2012. From there, they joined Mondelēz International as a Management Trainee, where they excelled in sales, distribution, and customer marketing. During their time at Mondelēz International, they also handled the Pune distributorship, managing a team and achieving exceptional sales results.
After leaving Mondelēz International, Dedeepya worked at Kwench - Employee Engagement Redefined as an AVP, contributing to the growth and success of the company. Dedeepya S then transitioned to working with multiple startups as a consultant, specializing in sales, sales training, business development, and strategic partnerships.
