Vic Askey serves as the Director of Change, Improvement and IT at Longhurst Group since May 2016, overseeing strategic initiatives for organisational change and improvement. Currently, Vic is spearheading a large-scale business transformation aimed at fulfilling the Longhurst Improving Lives strategy. Prior to this role, Vic held the position of Head of Business Transformation at Longhurst and Havelok Homes from June 2003 to May 2016, where responsibilities included driving business improvement initiatives.
