Dean Goves

Dean Goves is the Director at Longitude Engineering, specializing in concept and detail naval architecture, technical bid responses, and military small boat product development. They have extensive experience in various roles, including Operations & Maritime Design Director and Principal Consultant Naval Architect at Longitude Engineering. Previously, Goves served as Principal Engineering Manager and Naval Architect at BAE Systems, overseeing the Small Boat Design Team. They began their career as a Graduate Naval Architect with VT Group plc. Goves is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Open University, having earned a Master of Engineering in Naval Architecture from the University of Southampton.
