Prior to this role, Noor held the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Partnership Alliance at The Health Management Academy, where collaboration with senior executives was essential for building de novo ventures and investing in healthcare companies. Noor's previous experience includes consulting at Deloitte, where strategic cost optimization and cognitive automation initiatives were successfully implemented across various projects. As a co-founder of Nittany Consulting Group and Crossed Clouds, Noor demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and achieved substantial growth and sales. Educational credentials include a degree from Penn State University, acquired between 2011 and 2015, following studies at Al Huda High School.
