Tina Hrabak has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Tina was the Head of Platform at LongJump, a Chicago-based fund that invests in startup founders. Prior to that, they worked at Future Founders, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Startups, Director of Startups, and Startups Manager. In these positions, they focused on supporting young startup leaders and facilitating venture creation. Before joining Future Founders, Tina was an Assistant Director at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they managed global programs for students and faculty. Tina also worked as an Internships and Events Coordinator at San Diego State University and as an International Programs Coordinator at Fisher College of Business. Additionally, they have experience in political campaigns, having worked as a Repower America Campaign Field Organizer, a Campaign Deputy for a Michigan State Senate Campaign, and an intern for Obama for America. Tina also had an internship at the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Community Services. Throughout their career, Tina has demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship, education, and global initiatives.

Tina Hrabak completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies - World Economics and Business at The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2009. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Public Policy and Management at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University from 2012 to 2014.
