Jennifer Owens, RN, has extensive experience in hospice care, currently serving as an RN case manager at Longleaf Hospice since June 2016. Prior roles include RN Charge Nurse in an inpatient unit at Embracing Hospice Care, RN Case Manager at both Compassionate Care Hospice and Amedisys Hospice, and Clinical Manager RN at Amedisys Hospice. Earlier experience also includes serving as a Patient Care Coordinator at Embracing Hospice and as an RN Case Manager at Compassionate Care Hospice. Jennifer Owens holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Palm Beach Community College, completed between 2000 and 2005, and specializes in supervising and supporting healthcare teams in delivering end-of-life care to home patients while providing education and resources to families.
