Jonathan J Perkins M.D.

Jonathan J Perkins MD has worked at several companies in various roles. At DeKalb Medical, they served as the Chief Medical Information Officer and the Medical Director of Palliative Care. Jonathan J also worked as a Hospitalist and later became the Chief of the Department of Hospital Medicine. Additionally, they were a Medical Director at Longleaf Hospice. Before that, at UPMC, they held roles as a Faculty Development and Hospital Medicine Fellow and as a Resident.

Jonathan J Perkins MD completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2002. Jonathan J then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University at Buffalo between 2003 and 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Jonathan obtained Board Certification in Clinical Informatics from the American Board of Preventative Medicine in January 2018. Jonathan J also attained Board Certification in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine in June 2012.
