Penn Clarke

Penn Clarke is a Partner at Longleaf Law Partners, where since January 2018, Penn has specialized in advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development, and sale of various property types, while also focusing on lease negotiations for landlords and tenants. Additionally, Penn was a Temporary Law Clerk for Hon. G. Steven Agee at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from May 2013 to October 2013.
