Gerardo Ayala

Gerardo Ayala is currently the Parts Director at Longo Lexus. Prior to their current position, they were a Talent Recruiter with Penske Motor Group from September 2013 to February 2015. In this role, they partnered with executives to hire, promote, or plan for additional staff to increase profits. Gerardo also trained all members in the management team to source and hire the best and brightest. Additionally, they managed the ATS system, implemented assessment tests, produced marketing materials for various social media sites, managed all college recruitment, managed all temporary agency contacts and contracts, oversaw the background and reference process for all potential new hires, maintained the corporate website and Glassdoor website, and handled all job postings on all external and internal sites. Gerardo also managed all contracts with job boards and posting aggregates.

Before their time with Penske Motor Group, Gerardo Ayala was the Parts Manager at Longo Toyota from January 2020 to August 2021. Gerardo was also the Retail Parts Supervisor from October 2017 to January 2020 and the Service Administration Manager from October 2016 to October 2017. Additionally, they were the Service Drive Supervisor from January 2016 to October 2016.

Gerardo Ayala attended Mt. San Antonio College for their general education. Gerardo then went on to attend mt. san antonio college for their schooling. After that, they attended mt. san antonio college once again.
