Blake Ezell

Blake Ezell joined Longpoint Property Group in 2019 as an Operations Manager for Longpoint’s Texas assets. Mr. Ezell contributes over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, which includes extensive knowledge of retail, industrial, and office property management.

Prior to joining the Longpoint team, Mr. Ezell was an integral part of opening up the Exeter Property Group Texas office where he oversaw all aspects of Exeter’s portfolio of logistics centers and office buildings with a combined 15 million square feet in Texas, Tennessee, and Arizona. Prior to Exeter, Mr. Ezell was the Vice President of Property Management with Hopkins Commercial Real Estate specializing in neighborhood retail.

He is a candidate for his Certified Property Management (CPM) accreditation, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and an active member of IREM.
