Chris J. Donato

Chris Donato joined Longpoint Realty Partners in 2020 as an Associate working in the acquisitions and real estate operations groups.

Mr. Donato has eight years of commercial real estate experience primarily focused in acquisitions, dispositions, and retail leasing. Prior to joining Longpoint, he was a director at Boston Realty Advisors where he worked in the capital markets and retail groups. Mr. Donato assisted in selling over $1.1B of commercial real estate where he was responsible for the financial analyses and deal executions. He also worked as a retail consultant on some of Boston’s most iconic properties such as Faneuil Hall, The Mandarin Retail Collection, and The Abbot, Harvard Square. Prior to BRA, Mr. Donato gained firsthand transactional deal experience working for a private client group specializing in mid-market investment sales.

Mr. Donato received his BS in Business Management from Providence College, where he was a member of the Division 1 Varsity Lacrosse Team.
