James M. De La Cruz joined Longpoint in 2021 as an Associate and currently focuses on acquisitions and real estate operations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Prior to joining Longpoint, Mr. De La Cruz worked as a senior acquisitions analyst at Beacon Capital Partners. During his tenure at Beacon, he assisted in facilitating $1.3 billion of acquisitions and $1.0 billion of dispositions. Mr. De La Cruz’s primary responsibilities included underwriting, due diligence, asset management, and dispositions of office and life science properties.
Mr. De La Cruz earned his BS in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
