Nilesh K. Bubna

Nilesh K. Bubna is a Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Longpoint Realty Partners. Mr. Bubna has 20 years of commercial real estate and consulting industry experience in portfolio management, debt structuring, and operations. He oversees portfolio management for Longpoint’s commingled fund, is responsible for real estate operations in Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Nashville, and is a member of Longpoint’s Investment Committee.

Prior to co-founding Longpoint, Mr. Bubna was a partner at TA Associates Realty. During his tenure at TA, he was responsible for portfolio management of the value-added funds and real estate operations covering various East Coast markets. As a member of the finance committee, he participated in the debt financing of over $3 billion of real estate properties across multiple funds. Prior to TA, Mr. Bubna spent 10 years at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in public accounting and management consulting, serving clients in real estate and other industries around the globe.

Mr. Bubna earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude, and his B. Com from Sydenham College, Mumbai, India where he played snooker at the state level. In addition, he holds a Chartered Accountant designation.

He has served as a guest lecturer of real estate finance at the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Business in Nashville, TN. He is a member of the United Way Real Estate Breakfast Committee and is on the Board of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) in Boston. He is an avid squash player and equestrian.
