Jana Bethlem

Jana Bethlem has a strong background in luxury retail with a focus on fashion and jewelry. Jana most recently served as the Director of Stores at Long's Jewelers starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held several roles at Christian Dior Couture, including Regional Director- NYC from February 2021 to February 2023, Sr. Boutique Director Women's and Men's Flagship from April 2018 to February 2021, Boutique Director Women's and Homme from June 2017 to April 2018, Regional Training and Operations Manager from February 2016 to May 2017, and Boutique Manager from August 2011 to January 2016. Before their time at Christian Dior Couture, they were a Store Manager at J Barbour & Sons Ltd from August 2010 to August 2011, and a Boutique Manager at Christian Dior Couture from July 2009 to August 2010.

From 2004 to 2007, Jana Bethlem studied Marketing and Psychology at the University of Rhode Island - College of Business.
