Stacy White

Stacy White is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in talent success, client success, human resources, learning and development, and risk management. As Vice President of Operations at Longship Group since September 2022, Stacy has been instrumental in leading teams, defining and standardizing processes, and implementing KPIs across various departments. Prior to this, Stacy served as Divisional President at CareStaf - Kansas City, where responsibilities included overseeing P&L, directing business and clinical operations, and managing client relationships during the company's acquisition by Longship Group. Earlier in the career, Stacy excelled as Director of Support Services, successfully managing a large team of temporary employees to meet the operational needs of diverse healthcare clients. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University.
