Jake Stariha

Jake Stariha is an accomplished professional with a diverse work history, currently serving as an Assistant Supervisor at Forms+Surfaces since January 2023. Stariha has developed skills in customer service and sales through roles as a Caddie and Golf Shop Associate at Longue Vue Club since 2018, and previously as a Sales Representative at Davison Inventions. Stariha gained foundational experience as an intern at Ohio County Sheriff's Office and in sales and marketing at Forms+Surfaces. Early career experience includes working in the shipping department at Forms+Surfaces and as a Caddie at Oakmont Country Club.
