Kent McCarty

Kent McCarty serves as the Director of Strategic M&A and Integration at LongueVue Capital since October 2022, while also holding positions as a Board Member for Fertility Specialists Network and Founder of Grindstone Creek Advisory. Prior experience includes a tenure at Alcon, where McCarty progressed to Senior Manager of Business Development & Licensing, contributing to the acquisition of Aerie Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in career, Kent worked at KPMG US as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services, specializing in buy and sell side due diligence for M&A transactions across various industries. McCarty's academic background includes a Master of Science in Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
