James Tadlock has extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as Technical and Sales Support for Containerboard Packaging at Longview Fibre since 2011. Prior to this role, James worked at Weyerhaeuser from 1989 to 2009 as a Senior Packaging Engineer, where responsibilities included the development and trials of wax alternatives in the Clima Series and oversight of various bulk packaging projects. James also contributed to quality planning and process development for new Framer Series Lumber products. James holds a degree in Forestry with a focus on Wood Products from Iowa State University, earned between 1979 and 1984.
