Victoria Kindon

Victoria Kindon serves as the Senior Advisor to the President and CIO and the Vice President for Strategic Operations at Longwood University since November 2013, focusing on enhancing connections with students and managing a large team and budget. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at SNL Financial, Consultant at the University of Virginia, and VP of Product Management at NGP VAN, where Victoria led significant software redesigns. Additional positions include leadership roles at Network for Good, PIDI, and CTSG, with a foundation in usability from a brief stint at Blackboard. Victoria holds an MS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from Ithaca College.
