Jessica Watson

Jessica Watson is a dedicated professional with experience in patient experience and hospitality. Currently serving as a Patient Experience Representative at Boston Children's Hospital since April 2021, Jessica has developed skills in enhancing patient interactions. Concurrently, Jessica has been a Banquet Server for Longwood Venues + Destinations since April 2018, providing exceptional service at various events and holding TIPS certification. Previous experience includes a Graduate Student Internship at Kent Hospital, where Jessica worked closely with the Executive Director of Rehabilitation, and an Undergraduate Internship at OPT Physical Therapy, focusing on healthcare business operations. Jessica also has experience as a Bartender at Agawam Hunt. Jessica holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and Management, as well as Business Administration and Management from Salve Regina University, completed in 2020.
