André Fux

André Fux is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Engineering Services at Lonza AG since December 2014. With a focus on process engineering and compliance for major investment projects, André has been instrumental in conducting feasibility studies and overseeing significant infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Director of Global Engineering for Specialty Ingredients at Arxada and various positions within Lonza, where André managed global engineering teams, led capital expenditure initiatives, and coordinated technical knowledge management across multiple segments. Fux began the career as a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich and holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering from ETH Zurich as well as an Executive Master in Service Management from the University of Applied Science Berne.
