Cason Hoffman

Cason Hoffman is a Manufacturing Project Specialist at Lonza since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading the qualification of cleanrooms for commercial processing and implementing segregation control procedures. Previously, Cason held positions as Core Technician II and I, successfully managing GMP fill finish processes and training fellow technicians. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Control Associate at Kemin Industries, High School Substitute Teacher at Lytle Independent School District, Research Assistant at Texas A&M Health Science Center contributing to antimicrobial research, and IT Technician Assistant within the same school district. Cason also served as Commanding Officer in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, significantly increasing unit enrollment, and held the position of Inspector General Officer, focusing on maintaining standards. Cason earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Genetics from Texas A&M University in 2016.
