David Serp

David Serp is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Biologics Manufacturing Network at Lonza. Previously, David held various leadership positions at GSK Vaccines, including Vice President and Head of Rosia & Siena Industrial Operations, as well as overseeing Belgium Secondary Operations and Logistics. At Novartis Pharma, David was General Manager and held significant roles in production and sourcing. David also contributed to Sandoz GmbH as head of clinical manufacturing and biopharmaceutical collaborations. David holds a Ph.D. in biotechnology from EPFL and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in metabolic engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
