Ilona Staszewska-Daca

Ilona Staszewska-Daca, PhD, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Business Excellence Lead for Drug Product Services at Lonza since May 2022. Prior roles include managerial positions in test management and business operations at Takeda and Shire, along with team leadership in analytical development. Ilona's career began with an internship at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy and includes experience as a teaching assistant at the University of Vienna. Ilona holds multiple degrees: an MBA from both Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK and the University of St.Gallen, a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Vienna, and MSc and BSc in Biotechnology from the University of Wroclaw and Syddansk Universitet, respectively.
