Jacob Knight

Jacob Knight is a seasoned professional with significant experience in commercial excellence and project management, particularly within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Excellence in CGT Global Sales at Lonza since April 2016, Jacob has effectively managed sales KPIs, led commercial improvement projects, and overseen training and CRM software initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Director and Manager of Knowledge and Commercial Management at Lonza, as well as positions at Triangle Research Labs, where responsibilities spanned business development, inside sales, and scientific leadership. Jacob holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Human Biology from North Carolina State University.
