Jessica Winberg is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in strategic governance and transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT Strategy, Governance and Transformation at Lonza since September 2023, Jessica previously held multiple leadership roles at Biogen from May 2017 to September 2023, including Global Head of IT Biosimilar Business Unit, where responsibilities encompassed regional IT leadership and digital transformation initiatives. Jessica's earlier career included significant positions at Accenture and Tetra Pak, where achievements included optimizing IT operating models, leading global transformation programs, and managing critical project implementations. Holding degrees in Computer Science and Psychology from Lund University and University of Deusto, Jessica combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive business success through innovative IT solutions.
