Mark Holcroft

Mark Holcroft is an experienced executive with a robust background in strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy and Enterprise Architecture at Lonza since November 2019, Mark leads data strategy and heads the Data Governance Board while driving digital transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Strategy - CTO at Credit Suisse, where Mark aligned substantial resources for strategic execution, and Chief Technology Officer at Mundipharma IT Services, establishing key technological leadership. With a foundation in infrastructure management at Napp Pharmaceuticals Limited and a background in scientific research, Mark holds a BSc in Biological Chemistry from the University of Leicester and is currently pursuing education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
