Oscar Bermudez

Oscar Bermudez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Services Team Lead for Switzerland and the Americas at Lonza since April 2022. Previous roles at Lonza include the HR Services Team Lead and Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to joining Lonza, Oscar held an Academic Assistant position at Centro Costarricense de Logoterapia y Análisis Existencial Viktor Frankl, and worked at CSS Corp as a Human Resources specialist, Customer Service Representative, and Project Specialist. Oscar is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, having already earned a Licentiate degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from respective universities.
