Pauline Schildknecht

Pauline Schildknecht is a seasoned professional in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceutical development with a robust background in project leadership and quality control. Currently serving as Project Lead and Lead Scientist at Lonza since April 2023, Pauline previously held the position of Senior Expert in Science & Technology for Biologics Analytical Operations at Novartis, where contributions included serving as a GMP-Analytical Expert. Prior experience includes roles as a quality engineer at INRESA and as a Master Thesis Student at Novartis, focusing on early-phase pharmaceutical development. Pauline's career began as an Engineering Trainee in Quality Control of Biologics at Novartis, where responsibilities included supporting release and stability studies. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Chemistry and Formulation from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon.
