Rita Valente

Rita Valente is a skilled bioprocess engineer with a background in upstream bioprocessing and food process engineering. With professional experience at Lonza as a USP Bioprocess Engineer and at uniQure as an Upstream Bioprocess Technologist, Rita has developed expertise in biotechnological processes. Additionally, Rita interned in food process engineering at Wageningen University & Research. Rita Valente holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Universidade de Coimbra.
