Robbie Rodriguez, MBA, is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Operations - QA at Lonza since March 2021, with previous roles including Associate Director Strategy and Operations QC and Manager of Quality Control Gene Therapy. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Xellia Pharmaceuticals as Quality Control Chemistry Manager, where Robbie established a compliant laboratory and introduced new testing capabilities for life-saving products. As Quality Manager at Premier Research Labs, Robbie enhanced operational efficiency and reduced turnaround times by reorganizing the Quality Management System.
