Yut-Mei Tang

Yut-Mei Tang is an experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead at Lonza since July 2020, with a strong background in continuous improvement management from previous roles at GSK, Johnson Matthey, and Sun Chemical. At GSK, Yut-Mei Tang led cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency aligned with organizational goals. During the tenure at Johnson Matthey, Yut-Mei Tang facilitated projects focused on new product development and manufacturing efficiency, while at Sun Chemical, projects were translated from business challenges into solutions that provided financial and operational benefits across European facilities. Educational qualifications include a degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Electrochemistry from UCL, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
