Kate Mahoney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, co-production, and customer insight within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Head of Co-production & Customer Insight and Head of Customer Experience at Look Ahead Care and Support since October 2018, Kate has been instrumental in delivering customer strategies and managing peer support volunteering programs. Prior roles include Acting Customer Co-Production and Insight Manager and Senior Co-Production Project Officer, focusing on advocating for the inclusion of those with lived experience in service development. Kate's background includes a Graduate Trainee position at Charityworks, where leadership skills were honed, and experience as a Play Worker at Challengers. Kate also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Warwick and is pursuing a Level 5 Professional Apprenticeship in Professional Coaching.
